Who we are
Belgravia Labs LLC ("we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. We build AI-enhanced websites, assistants and internal knowledge systems for businesses. Questions about this notice go to info@belgravialabs.com.
What this website collects
The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising scripts. It does not track you across other sites.
If you use the contact form, we receive what you type: your name, email address, company (if given) and your message. Form submissions are processed and stored by our hosting provider, Netlify (Netlify, Inc., USA), and forwarded to us by email. If you email us directly, we hold that email in our mailbox.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if you ask us to, to scope and quote for work.
- To keep a record of our correspondence with you while we are talking, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
We do not sell your information, add you to marketing lists, or share it with anyone except the service providers named here.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within 12 months. If you become a client, your details are kept for the duration of the engagement and for as long afterwards as tax and contract law require.
Where it is stored
Netlify and our email provider store data in the United States. If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, that is a transfer outside your region; it is covered by the providers' standard contractual clauses.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@belgravialabs.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are in the UK or EEA you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Client work
When we build a knowledge system or assistant for a client, the client's documents and data stay the client's. How that data is handled is set out in the contract for that project, not by this notice.
Changes
If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it.
