Who we are
Belgravia Labs LLC ("we", "us") is a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, USA, at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Questions about these terms go to info@belgravialabs.com.
The service
We provide database reactivation. You give us a list of your own past or inactive customers. We write a short series of plain emails in your name, which you approve before anything is sent, and send them from your own mailbox over a period of 14 days. Replies go to your inbox. We are not part of the conversation that follows.
The service is a one-time project. There is no subscription, retainer or ongoing fee unless we agree one in writing.
Price and payment
The price is US$1,500 for one project, as stated on this website at the time you book. Payment is due in full before the first email is sent. We do not start sending until payment has cleared.
What counts as a result
A result is a booked call or a booked visit with one of the contacts we emailed, within the 14-day sending period. An email being opened or clicked does not count as a result.
If nothing books
If the 14-day period ends with no booked calls or visits, we run one more round of emails to a further portion of your list at no extra charge. This additional round is the sole remedy if the first round produces no result. It is not a refund.
Refunds
Once the first email has been sent, the fee is non-refundable. If you have paid and we have not yet sent any email, you may cancel by emailing us and we will refund the fee in full within 10 business days.
Your responsibilities
- The contacts you give us are your own customers or past customers, and you have the right to email them.
- You own or control the email domain and mailbox we send from, and you give us permission to send from it.
- You review and approve every email before it is sent. Nothing goes out without your approval.
- You handle the replies, and any calls or visits that result, yourself.
Our responsibilities
- We send only the emails you have approved, only to the contacts you have given us.
- We do not sell, rent or share your contact list, and we do not use it for anyone else.
- We delete our copy of your list within 30 days of the project ending.
No guarantee of outcome
We cannot promise that any particular number of people will reply or book. The additional round described above is the only commitment we make about results.
Liability
Our total liability to you in connection with a project is limited to the fee you paid for that project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA.
Changes
If these terms change, the date at the top changes with it. The terms in force when you pay are the ones that apply to your project.
