AI Agents
Let routine work run without handing over control.
Your AI agent can research, draft outreach, enter data and make routine decisions within rules you approve. We build it around your existing tools, with clear limits on what it can do without you.
You have work that keeps moving between your inbox, spreadsheets and business software. Someone has to read the request, find the details and take the next step.
A chatbot can answer a question. An agent can also use approved tools to carry out a task, record what happened and pass exceptions back to you.
You don't need an agent running your whole business. You need a defined job, reliable source data and a clear point where a person takes over.
What your agent can handle
We build custom agents for specific workflows. Your agent can act automatically on low-risk tasks and ask for approval before anything more consequential.
- Research from approved sources, with links so you can check the findings.
- Outreach drafts and approved follow-ups to eligible contacts, with opt-outs respected.
- Data extraction from forms, emails or documents, with validated updates to your CRM or spreadsheet.
- Routine decisions such as classifying requests, routing enquiries and flagging missing information.
- Support triage using your policies, with unresolved questions handed to your team.
Start with a job you can define
First, you show us the task as it happens today. We map the inputs, tools, rules and exceptions, then agree what a successful run looks like.
Next, we check your source data and access permissions. We build the workflow to read the request, find supporting information, choose an allowed action, carry it out and record the result.
You review test runs before launch, including incomplete data, failed connections and requests outside the rules. We start with supervised use and agree who handles exceptions and monitoring.
What you get
Your project includes a defined workflow, the agreed tool connections, testing, deployment and a handover. You know what the agent can access, what it can change and when it must stop.
You also get instructions for reviewing its work, handling exceptions and pausing the workflow. Post-launch support and any ongoing maintenance are defined in your quote.
- A written scope with allowed actions and approval rules.
- Connections to the systems included in your project.
- Approved reference material and checks for required data.
- Logs of actions, tool calls and outcomes.
- A named destination for errors and human handoffs.
Autonomy has boundaries
Your agent gets only the access its task needs. Actions that change records run through validation rules. Financial actions, legal or medical matters, and customer commitments require human review or stay outside the scope.
AI can misread information or produce an unsupported answer. Your workflow checks against approved sources and sends uncertain cases to a person. These checks reduce risk. They do not make AI infallible.
We don't build unrestricted agents or unattended mass outreach. We don't treat an AI answer as permission to issue a refund, change an account or make a promise to a customer.
When this is a good fit
You're a good fit if your independent business has repeatable work, usable source information and someone who can review exceptions. Research, enquiry routing and routine record updates are useful places to start.
If your process changes every time or your records need cleanup, we address that before adding autonomy. If a simple rules-based automation will do the job, we recommend that instead.
Custom pricing for a defined scope
Your price depends on scope. Request a quote with the task you want handled, the tools you use and the actions you want the agent to take.
You receive a written scope and a fixed price agreed before work starts. Any software, model usage and ongoing support costs are identified separately.
What moves the price:
- The workflows and exceptions your agent must handle.
- The systems it needs to read from or update.
- The condition and sensitivity of your source data.
- The approval rules, validation and testing required.
- Your monitoring, handover and maintenance needs.
