SaaS Products
Your product needs more than a login screen.
You need software that delivers what your customers pay for. We build custom SaaS platforms from the ground up, including auth, billing, dashboards, APIs and deployment.
Your product idea may be clear. The build is less clear. Account access, subscriptions and customer data all need rules before you start writing code.
A first release does not need every feature on your list. It needs a useful core, a clear path through the product and the tools you need to run it.
You work with us to define that release. We handle the full stack, from the screens your customers use to the database and services behind them.
What we build
Your platform is designed around your product, not forced into a ready-made template. We build the customer-facing application and the admin tools you need behind it.
We plan account structure, data access and billing together. If your customers have teams, each team needs its own workspace and clear permissions.
- Signup, login, account recovery and role-based access.
- Customer workspaces with data kept separate between accounts.
- Subscription checkout, plan access and self-service billing through Stripe.
- Customer dashboards, onboarding and your core product workflows.
- Admin tools for managing users, accounts and product activity.
- APIs, webhooks and connections to other services.
How the build works
You start by showing us who the product serves and what they need to do. We map the main user journeys, check integration requirements and separate launch features from later work.
You review a written scope, screen layouts and a technical plan before development starts. The plan covers your data model, account permissions, APIs and hosting.
During the build, you review working software in a test environment. We test the agreed flows, resolve launch issues and deploy the approved release. New requests are scoped separately before they are added.
- Define the product's core job and launch scope.
- Agree the design, architecture, price and delivery plan.
- Build and review working features.
- Test access, billing, integrations and failure cases.
- Deploy and hand over the code and operating notes.
What you get
Your quote lists the features and deliverables included in your build. It also states what is excluded, what you need to supply and which third-party services the product will use.
You get source code and documentation, not just access to a finished website. Hosting and service accounts are set up under your control where supported.
- Written scope and technical architecture notes.
- Customer screens and admin tools for the agreed workflows.
- Frontend, backend, database and agreed integrations.
- A test environment and production deployment.
- Error monitoring and product analytics agreed in scope.
- Setup instructions and a handover walkthrough.
- Clear terms for bug fixes, maintenance and later releases.
The parts we do not skip
A hidden button is not an access control. We check permissions on the server and test that one customer cannot access another customer's data.
Billing needs more than a checkout page. We account for failed payments, cancellations and plan changes in the agreed subscription flows. Webhooks are designed to handle repeat events without repeating the action.
We do not promise that a build will prove demand or bring paying customers. We do not add AI just to call the product an AI product. If AI is part of your scope, we agree where its output needs review and what happens when it fails.
We do not promise unlimited capacity or compliance certification. Hosting capacity, security requirements and any specialist review need to be defined for your product.
Who this is for
You are an independent founder or business owner with a product to launch. You may be turning a manual service into subscription software or building a tool for a specific customer group.
This fits when you can identify the product's main job and take part in scope decisions and reviews. You do not need a technical specification before you contact us.
Custom pricing, agreed before the build
The price depends on scope. We review your product, identify the essential release and give you a written quote with a fixed price agreed before work starts.
Your quote separates the build from recurring hosting and third-party service costs. Ongoing maintenance and later releases are quoted separately. Request a quote with your idea, required features and any existing designs.
What moves the price:
- The number and complexity of your product workflows.
- Design requirements and any existing assets.
- Account structure, customer data separation and permission rules.
- Subscription plans, billing rules and payment providers.
- APIs, integrations and data migration.
- AI features and the testing or review they require.
- Hosting, monitoring, security and support requirements.

Send your idea, who will use it and what they need to accomplish. We will help define the first release and quote the build.
